satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and hassle-free refund and exchange 
policy, in compliance with Singapore’s consumer protection regulations.


 1. Eligibility for Refunds

 You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.- You received the wrong item.- The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was sent
 in error or damaged.

 If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange for a replacement to be 
delivered as soon as the original item is returned. Exchanges are subject to product 
availability.


 5. Same-Day or Next-Day Resolutions


 For orders within Singapore, we aim to resolve refund or exchange requests on the same day 
or the next working day, depending on the nature of the request and item availability.
