 We currently deliver to all locations within Singapore.


 2. Delivery Schedule


Your orders will be shipped within 2 business days.  Public holidays and weekends are not counted as working days.


 3. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping within Singapore is free for all orders.- There are no hidden fees or surcharges unless explicitly stated during checkout for special 
requests (e.g. express delivery, large quantity orders)


 4. Order Tracking
 You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Live updates on

 5. Delivery Issues & Delays
 While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, traffic, or 
peak periods. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you immediately and offer 
options such as:
- Priority re-delivery- Refund or store credit (if applicable)


 6. Missed Deliveries
 If no one is available to receive the order:- A second attempt will be made at no additional cost.- If delivery fails again, we will contact you to reschedule or arrange self-pickup (if available).
